ABOUT US

How it works

Tilt runs in a gentle, repeating rhythm — not toward a finish line, but toward a better baseline.

THE CORE ENGINE

The Tilt Loop

You begin by mapping your wellbeing profile: a guided look across six domains that gives you a real starting point. From there, Tilt settles into a steady loop, regular check-ins, small shifts, and a growing picture of how your wellbeing moves over time.

Map. Understand. Shift. Track. That is the loop. It is designed to be sustainable, not demanding, a steady tilt toward better.

ASSET — THE SHAPE OF YOUR WELLBEING

What you actually receive

Your profile gives you a score across each domain — but a number on its own was never the point. What matters is the shape it forms: where you are across six domains, how they sit in relation to each other, and how they move over time. That full, shifting picture is what's actually relevant to your wellbeing — not any single figure.

No rankings. No comparisons. Just a clear, personalised picture of your wellbeing, in plain language, with context for what it means and where to focus.

PROCESS — 01

Map

Begin with your guided wellbeing profile — a few considered prompts across the six domains, focused on your experience and patterns, not on judgement or performance. It takes 2 to 3 minutes. It gives you something real to work with.

Understand

See what your patterns are showing, in plain language, not clinical terminology. Tilt highlights areas of strength and areas with room to grow, and invites curiosity rather than self-evaluation. You are not being assessed. You are being shown.

PROCESS — 03

Shift

Try a small, evidence-informed practice matched to what your patterns suggest. Not a program, not an overhaul — a single next step that fits the life you already have. Light enough to sustain, meaningful enough to matter.

PROCESS — 04

Track

Return to your check-in over time. Watch how your patterns shift relative to your own baseline. Learn what supports your wellbeing, and what disrupts it. Tilt is built for the long rhythm of life, not a one-off snapshot. Most weeks ask only a few minutes a day of you.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your profileis yours.

A warm trail of light moving through darkness

Tilt only works if you can be honest with it — so what you share is treated accordingly.

Your wellbeing profile belongs to you. It's private by default: not shared, not sold, and never used to advertise to you. We use what you share to do one thing — make your experience yours, so the patterns you see and the practices you're offered actually fit you. Nothing more.

Your data is stored securely, and you stay in control of it: you can access it, export it, or delete it whenever you choose.

Tilt is built to support your wellbeing, not to monetise your attention. That principle shapes how we handle what you share as much as it shapes everything else.

WHAT IT FEELS LIKE

A small, honestmoment.

There are no right answers in Tilt. No performance to optimise, no leaderboard to climb.

You start with a score for each of your wellbeing domains, a real picture of where you are right now.

From there it becomes a small, honest moment in your week: you check in, watch how each domain shifts over time, and receive activities tailored to how you're actually feeling that week.

It asks little of you and gives you something real back.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND TILT

The science
in brief

Tilt is built on published research across neuroscience, psychology, and psychiatry — a converging body of evidence showing wellbeing is multidimensional, measurable, and trainable.

I built Tilt because the science of flourishing existed — it just wasn't accessible to the people who needed it most.
