01
Wellbeing as a practice, not a response.
We believe wellbeing is something you build every day, not just when things go wrong.
Purpose
Tilt was built for anyone who wants to understand their wellbeing and move it forward.
That might mean you're doing well and want to build on it. It might mean something feels flat or stuck, even when life looks fine on paper. It might mean you've never had the right tools to see what's actually going on underneath.
Wherever you sit between fine and flourishing, there's always somewhere worth moving toward. Tilt exists to help you get there
A definition
A tilt is not a transformation. It is not a reinvention or an overhaul. It is a small, deliberate change in direction — the kind that is quiet enough to sustain and significant enough to compound.
Tiny shifts, practised over time, in the dimensions of wellbeing that matter most to you.
Wellbeing is not fixed. It is dynamic, learnable, and responsive. Tilt is built on that idea.

Our approach
Our method
Tilt does not focus on a single score or a fixed type. Wellbeing has dimensions and understanding which ones need attention, when, and why, is where real change begins.
Tilt is multidimensional by design. It is personal and contextual by nature. And it is built to surface your strengths, not catalogue your deficits.
You are not a problem to solve. You are a pattern to understand.
What we believe
Our principles guide every decision we make and every solution we deliver.
01
We believe wellbeing is something you build every day, not just when things go wrong.
02
We start with insight, so every solution is smart, relevant and lasting.
03
We create solutions that deliver long-term impact, not short-term relief.
Where Tilt comes from
After more than two decades studying why some people flourish, what I keep returning to is how personal wellbeing really is. What helps one person can do nothing for another and the same person often needs different things at different moments.
I built Tilt because I wanted something that begins with you, rather than handing everyone the same advice. My hope is simple: that it helps you see where you are a little more clearly, gives you better language for what you're noticing, and points to a few small shifts worth making.
That's what wellbeing has come to mean to me — not a fixed state to reach, but something you can keep practising, in your own direction.
